Another thrilling book in the witches night out serries. I like the way this book picks up right where the last one left off, although there is never again the mention of the BEAST OF THE EAST. ha ha. Bethany's dad has a new girlfriend in this book and we get to go to some withces stores in New York with Bethany and Tilley. Nam has a boyfriend and Bethany finds one too! We also get to help Bethanys dad solve the case of who murders Annabelle, the little girl who takes up so much of Carl Salems time. As always Ramona is there to teach us more of the craft and of Mere Nior a new goddess to the clan. There are also new members who join the coven and small town secrets that we find out. It was hard for me to put down and now i can't wait to start book 3!! This book focuses a lot on the tarrot and in the back of the book Silver gives you instructions on how to make your own Tarrot out of a normal deck of playing cards.

From the back of the book:

Bethany Salem is a pretty normal 16-year-old, except for one thing... she's a Witch! When Bethany "sees" a murder before it happens, along with a mysterious three-eyed woman whose image keeps showing up in mirrors and glass, she and the other members of the Witches' Night Out coven decide to investigate. Together, they are drawn into a dark world of illusions and secrets, murder and magick, where nothing is as it first appears... and no one is safe.
