Amazing amount of information and history (with great references) for a book this easy to read. This much info could have ended up quite heavy and "stuffy" but she did a great job keeping it readable. This is one to keep for the reference shelf.

I found this book rather boring. It was overly feminist and very wordy. I did not learn form this what I had hoped.
