I've posted eight books that are health/diet type books. One of them is the best diet I've been on (just lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks). It's "40-30-30 Fat Burning Nutrition" by Daoust; simple science of nutrition and how we need carbs, fat (good fat) and protein in every meal. Other books are:
