This was one of my first favorite books. So much fun for all budding science fiction fans and full grown ones too!

This is a classic book for youth, especially boys, but this Little Brown paperback version lacks the wonderful illustrations by Robert Henneberger found in the original versions. Those drawings are important to young readers, but if you are just looking for a copy to read to children or grandchildren, one chapter a night, this paperback is perfect.

I think it's about two young boys traveling to the Mushroom Planet and their adventures. The book is illustrated.

My ds loves the Mushroom Planet series. Science fiction and fantasy mixed.
