They sent me a shipment of books twice!  I called and they credited me for the 1 shipment, but let me keep the books!  Seven Harlequin Blaze books and an Intrigue.  Posted them all. 

I still can't believe they let me keep them.

I agree.  I have rarely had problems with shipments from eHarlequin.  The few times I did their response was quick and courteous.  They don't ask a lot of questions, they just fix it.  and they always wanted me to keep any extra books.
