I have recently been slack on exercising but am a hardcore music lover. I find that when I've got good music to listen to, I'm more motivated. What kind of playlists do you guys have for working out?

Gotta have the theme from 'Rocky' on your setlist and ipod.  also I listen to a lot of metal while working out -- Metallica, Slayer, Faith No More, etc..  Also, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Rush.

I agree LOVE to listen to music but it's essential while working out. My favorites are P!nk...she has a song for every mood or emotion that Im feeling. Some of my favorite workout songs are F*ckin' perfect, Raise your glass, So what (I'm still a rock star) and many, many more since I own all her albums. Christina Aguliera...her too. I also listen to metal like Justin. GodSmack, Nickle Back, Poison...haha. Queens we will rock you....Little Sammy Hagar, Whatever. my tastes are all over the map so as long as it hard and fast, it's all good. OH! Black Eyed Peas. Boogie that be, Missing you, Imma, Da Bump. Britney Spears, toxic, womanizer, Gimmie more...chile peppers, Fergie. Anything by AC/DC!

I like a variety of stuff when I'm running.  I pulled up one of my playlists, and this is the first 10 songs that came up:

Lindsey Buckingham-Great Day

The Ramones--Rock & Roll High School

Weird Al--Gump (lol)

Black Sabbath--The Mob Rules

The Ting Tings--Shut Up and Let Me Go

Public Enemy--Fight the Power

Van Halen--Mean Street

Fleetwood Mac-Go Your Own Way

Journey-Girl Can't Help It

Pearl Jam--Life Wasted

I also love anything off the Xanadu soundtrack, Queens of the Stone Age, and (like Robey), Pink!
