Maybe the postal personnel were testing a new scan gun in Sandston?

I think they put them on conveyer belts where there's a scanner and if they don't get picked up and sorted they just keep going round and round getting multiple scans.

At least it did not take a month! :)

Hey, did anyone notice that the black hole of California has changed it's name?  Bell, CA is now Bell Gardens, CA.  Still a deep black hole.  But now so much prettier.

Yes, I noticed that a while back. They thing they're being slick, but I know it's a TRAP!

LOL, Bell and Bell Gardens are actually two different cities. You can check Wikipedia or Google Maps. I wonder if USPS really moved their operations from one to the other or if they just corrected their name.

Ha.  Bell Gardens is just across the freeway from Bell.  Wonder if they just moved the supervisor's office so they could claim to be in the other town.  After the Bell City Hall salary scandal. 

My Dad used to talk of a company that moved the factory manager's office down the hall, so the company would be in the county rather than the city.  Therefore in a different tax and insurance district.
