Sect. 1 is about writing; Sect 2 about business; and Sect. 3 about coping with all sorts of things while working at home - from housekeeping and child care to relaxation and writers that are good examples.

When the author is writing about the difficulties in writing at home, she mentions housekeeping. I love her point called: Weed out books.

"If you're a book lover as I am (and most writers are), books tend to follow you home from bookstores and used book shops like lost puppies. You become addicted to library book sales.....Weed your bookshelf on a regular basis as you would your garden, removing the 'slugs' and the 'dead leaves' (books you know you'll never reread). But don't throw them away. Recycle them....." Too bad she didn't know about PBS.
