I received a BOB of 2 books this week. One of the books is by the same author but not the book I requested. I didn't realize it until after I marked it received, but when I PM'd the sender they said they couldn't find the book I requested. Is this normal? I never received a PM letting me know. |

There should be no excuse for substitutions without prior permission Well, there is one, actually, and I've done it.. I got two books mixed up and *accidently* sent the wrong book to two people. (had multiple orders going at once) Mistakes happen, but you have to step up and take care of your mistakes. I would absolutely agree that there is no excuse for *not fixing* the problem. Rebecca, if the sender doesn't either send you the correct book, another agreed upon book or offer a credit then I would note that in the feedback for the box. |

Well, it was a lesson for me! I'll check more carefully before I mark books received. Thank you all for your feedback! |
