My daughter loves wolves and is really into Fantasy especially dealing with animal adventures. She has read Redwall and the Warrior series. I found a book called THe Sight by David Clement-Davies. IT is the first book in a new series about Wolves. It reminded me of the Warrior series since it deals with prophesies. She is 14 and this book is a bit of a challenge for her. She isnt reading it as fast as the others. But she says it is very good.

Has anyone read any of his other books? He has one about a fawn who is chased out of his herd because of a prohecy saying he would be the new powerful leader.

Also, someone at school gave her the Maximum Ride Fugitive series by James Patterson. Made me a little nervous because I hve read most of his books and know alot of them have graphic sex scenes in them. But apparently these are YA books. I looked it up and he has 3 YA series. So if  any of you or your children are looking for good thriller/adventure JAmes Patterson now writes them for teens. I read the first  of the Fugitive series and it is very appropriate for teens and hasnt lost any of his intense story telling.
