I have just started taking yoga classes at my gym (the last couple of months, 1x/week, the last month 2x/week) and I love it! However, I feel a little lost with some of the terms, reasons and background and would like to learn more. Honestly, I don't want to "live the lifestyle", but would like to know more about it. I was looking for a "Yoga for Dummies" type book, but want to know more about the different types, history, languages, that kind of thing. I've looked for books here, but there are almost 300 of them, and not sure where to begin!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
