Well Organized and very nicely spaced Book. Easy to follow. The modifications for flexibility are the best I've seen. The modifications show people who are more mature, and that may not have the flexibility of a 20 year old, which I highly appreciate.

The book isn't overly wordy. Just enough to tell you what to do. The pictures are clear and match up with the narrative in the book. The sample practices at the book are great. I've tried several of them.

This book was ok. I actually expected more from Yoga Journal. The book is printed on cheap paper and the photos are black and white. It gives good instructions on many common yoga poses, but I was surprised that they left out some basic poses such as the Warriors.
