This is an incredib;e resource for elementary teachers. You look up one of hundreds of topics, and are given a list of picture boks on that topic (examples: courage, perseverance, giraffes, families). Even though recent titles won't be included, it doesn't matter as we hear of newer books through Scholastic, etc.
