A tale of one woman's desparate attempts to sleep with a man--any man--in order to prevent her from accidentally re-instating her virginity (being celibate for one year). It's interesting to wonder "how's this going to go awry?" at each attempt, but the ending is ridiculously far-fetched.

This just wasn't my type of story, although it was pretty funny at times. The ending was ridiculous, but I'm glad it finally ended with the "right" guy. :)

Could not really get into it. The concept seemed good, but it was a slow beginning. Did not finish the book.

The Accidental Virgin is a fun, breezy, amusing read--nothing to tax the intellect, but sure to amuse. It is the story of Stacy Temple, a thirty-something singleton who works at thongs.com (you know the novel can't be too serious with a job like that). Stacy figures out that she has gone almost an entire year without sex (and barely noticed!). She becomes obsessed with avoiding becoming an "accidental virgin"--or someone who has gone without for 365 days. She's got a week left and a couple promising candidates, but nothing seems to go right for poor Stacy. This is a funny and very fluffy novel. You can read it in one sitting.

A tale about a women who has been working so hard she has forgotten to have...........sex! And then when she realizes it has been almost a year, her search to "finalize the deal."

Kristine W. (This book is about a woman who hasn't had sex in close to a year. She is trying to find a guy to sleep with before her year anniversary of not having sex. Sort of a silly book, with not much substance, but it ends nice with a good message.
i thought this book was absolutely hilarious!!

Funny tale on how life gets away from you when you are an ambitious workaholic that needs to stop and smell the roses and enjoy life, in the heoine's case, wear the Thongs she designs once in a while.

Nancy B. from CINCINNATI, OH wrote on 9/16/2005...My book isn't perfect. FYI, the bottom of the cover is creased from shelving. It has a remainder mark on it. Don't want you to be disappointed when you see it. Otherwise its clean and crisp and fairly new.
