Pretty good story, just a bit different from what I expected.

From cover:
It is a time of joy and gladdness - yet even the wonder of Christmas cannot brighten lives burdened by loneliness and despair. So when three "rush" prayers fly up from the City of Angels, three real angels fly down to Earth to answer the call. And this is no ordinary celestial trio, but Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy - incomparable, irrespressible, and somewhat outrageous heavenly helpers dedicated to abolishing sadness in their own special fashions. It will take more than one miracle, however, to mend the broken hearts they've come to repair. But Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy are on the case - and they're not going to disappear before they deliver the best holiday gift for all: love!

fun and funny!
A Wing and a Prayer! When irrepressible angels Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy set out for the City of Angels to grant three rush Christmas prayer requests, they are sure they can help without resorting to, er, divine intervention. But they soon find it will take more than one miracle to teach their precious lessons of love---as well as make three special holiday dreams come true!

I couldn't get into this one. I guess books with angels as the main focus aren't my cup of tea. I'm sure others will find it very enjoyable and heartwarming though.
In order to make three special holiday dreams come true, delightfully wacky angels Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy discover that it will take divine intervention and more than one miracle to teach their lessons of love.
