I am so glad I was able to get an early copy of this book. The story is about AJ a young teenage vampire that basically wants to be normal. Have a boyfriend,go to school, spend time with her best friends. The normal teenage stuff.

The trouble starts when her mom gets married. The love of her life is now her stepbrother. It's an heartbreaking and uncomfortable situation for them both but AJ tries to deal with it the best she can. Until other strange and tragic things start happening around her and she is left wondering what the heck happened to her normal teenage vampire life?

The best thing about this book for me was the dialogue. AJ is full of whit that literally had me laughing out loud through most of the book. There is also a great supernatural mystery running through the story line as AJ tries to figure out what is going on around her. The characters are all likeable and you easily get drawn into their world.

Bottom line is this book is enjoyable for teens and adults alike. Definately 5 stars!

My Thoughts: Whoa. This book was amazing. I love a good vampire story and lately have been left longing for a really good one. This book was that. I loved Bite Me. It started off with AJ's mom marrying Ryan's Dad making Ryan her stepbrother. Of course AJ is totally in love with this boy so that puts a damper on things. she starts doing research on her family history and it leds to some amazing discoveries. Later in the story we find out Ryan's family history which fits really well into AJ's family. This book was a really good one and I really enjoyed reading it. It does not dissapoint at all! Its detailed and explains alot. And the characters of AJ and Ryan make the story magical!!!!

Overall: I loved this book! It was really great and I will reread it! Great Great Great novel!

LOOOOOVED this book!!! I dont know where to begin with this amazing vampire love story. It had some adventure, but not so much that it over powered the love story. The love/hate chemistry between the characters was so realistic that it made me feel like I was actually in the story!

Also, the book was hilarious and filled with smarted witted comments made back and forth between the main characters. I laughed out loud many times :)
Although this is considered young adult it wasnt filled with all the teen aguish, unlike most young adult novels. If you read Twilight and constantly finding yourself fed up with the mellow dramatic Bella, definitely pick this book up---because AJ is just so darn loveable!

PLEASE give this book a chance and order it NOW (or start wishing for it lol)

WOW! this book was so much fun to read. Despite the no-so-cute-cover, the story was a lot of fun, and seemed like your typical YA Brady-Bunch meets vampire meets witches story.

AJ's life turns into a shambles when her boyfriend, Ryan becomes her step brother. In a fit of revenge, she makes out with a guy named Noah and when things turned ugly, she later finds out Noah is dead. Now thinking she killed him, she learns her vampire heritage leads her back to an acient evil Serpentine tribe. She decides to start digging in her family history seeking the aid of her teacher, occult crazed Mr Charles. She learns that The vampire tribe and the witches were once allies, and the vamps decided they wanted to take control and find the secret runes (belived to be able to control time travel) so they can go back and re-write history.

I really really liked this book. Although I cannot say this book is for younger readers. There are sex and drug referances
