Yet another great, quick read by Rosamund Pilcher. The characters are not as detailed as her "bigger" books, but if you're looking for something light and quick, this fits the bill.
Prue Shackleton is twenty-three, beautiful---and restless. Her job is challenging, her relationship with a successful young banker safe, secure...and boring. So when her s=wise, eccentric Aunt Phoebe invites her to Cornwall, Prue loses no time in setting out for its bright landscapes and salt air. When she meets Daniel Cassens, the artist she has long admired, her safe, predictable world is turned upside-down.
A sweet little story, however unrealistic. A very quick read -- I read it in two hours.
