Loved it, fourth in the series, and a quick read.

As always, I had a hard time putting this book down. It took only 2 days to read it and I enjoyed it all.
This story had not one but 2 murders to solve; and as usual the "girls", even without Jill, were up to their elbows in it.
Seems the "Club" has picked up a new member, a lawyer!
However, this time, Lt. Boxer solved the second murder by herself!
Loved it!

I thought there would never be a series as good as the CROSS series well, here it is. James Patterson has outdone himself. A page turner from the get go.

Another awesome Womens Murder Club Mystery. The short chapters make the books awesome, and so easy to read. They books are impossible to put down the way it is. James Patterson has created a series for women about some amazing women.

James Patterson finds even more murder, mystery and mayhem for Lindsay Boxer in this 4th of the WMC series. I couldn't put this down and lost many hours of sleep to just finish it but it was worth it as are all of his books are to me to lose sleep over just to keep reading them.

I do find that I like Patterson's work better when he co-write's. Less "creepy for creepy's sake"... This series is good (don't have them all anymore).

The 4th of July is one of Patterson's better novels in this series, in my opinion. Lindsay Boxer must defend herself in court after she shoots a young girl in what she thinks is self-defense. This book keeps you reading up to the very end, and has a few twists along the way. Patterson fans will like it.

Lieutenant Lindsay Boxer is involved in a shooting that causes her to be charged with police brutality. Relieved of duty while awaiting trial, Lindsay travels to Half Moon Bay, only to find this community experiencing a rash of murders. With Yuki Castellano fighting for Lindsay in the courtroom and the murders in Half Moon Bay escalating, the Women's Murder Club cranks into full form. Carolyn McCormick drives this fast-paced, high-powered novel right off the printed page into real experience. A whining, pleading injured teen driving with only a learner's permit is so skillfully presented that danger is ignored; a spinal-cord-injured witness whose sobs are interrupted by the sucking of ventilator-initiated breathing is believable even while demonstrating courtroom theatrics.
