I thought this book had better potential than it actually was. For the length of the book I expected more information on the characters. This is also a start of a series of books concerning 3 friends.
All in all this book reminds me of one of those days where you were moving non stop but when someone asks you what you did - you can't really say what you did or show that anything was accomplished. A lot of reading with not a lot to show for it..

This book had so much potential, but I found myself very disappointed. The idea behind the story is a good one, but the heroine was not developed well and I saw no growth or backbone to her at all. There was a lot of fluff in the first half of the book and I too many "Oh My Gawd's".
The only time I found myself enjoying the book was when the hero's family was involved. The mystery in the story was clear to see from the beginning and was resolution was pretty weak.
I may read the other two when they come out just for the fact they were stronger characters in this story than Jane was!

What appears to be the first in a trilogy about three best friends who inherit a mansion, this is a return to Andersen's Exposure or Obsession era.
Strong story line, good characters and lots of sizzle!
Yay, Andersen, for returning to your roots!!
