The J.D. Robb "In Death" series are best when read in order.

Really great read. The great development of the main characters keeps me intrigued.

I swear everyone one is better than the last. I absolutely love this series.

I love powerful Lt. Eve Dallas and how the complex New York City crimes are solved. If you don't wanna bite her husband, don't read these books! Nora Robert's best writing is as JD Robb in this "In Death" series of some 30+ stories to date. I collect all of the JD Robb books, but skip the Roberts, whose stories are not as tight as those about Lt. Eve Dallas - ass kicker! If the future of New York City is like this, I fear these futuristic killers who are sneaky and complex.

Lt. Eve Dallas is after an old nemeses. She put this woman away several years ago but now she out again and on a killing spree. And she has Eve's husband Roarke in her sites. She wants to hurt Eve the way she knows will hurt her the most.
