Nora Robert's best writing is as JD Robb in this "In Death" series of some 30+ stories to date. I collect all of the JD Robb books, but skip the Roberts, whose stories are not as tight as those about Lt. Eve Dallas - ass kicker! If the future of New York City is like this, I fear these futuristic killers who are sneaky and complex.

Another great Eve Dallas novel!

Good twist ending in this, # 19 of the ongoing "In Death" series by JD Robb/Nora Roberts.

A psychic known to a trusted friend of Eve comes to her with visions of a murder - with details that haven't been released by the police. Always a skeptic, Dallas is forced to use any resource at hand, no matter how unlikely and unconventional, to turn up leads and stop women from being brutally raped, murdered, and mutilated.

As usual, the villain has some circumstances that make them a sympathetic character, but this book has a little twist as well...

Is a maddened killer all that's deadly out there?

A futuristic cop and her handsome, rich husband with all his toys...add to that the murders and how Eve can almost put herself in the mind of the killers....A top notch combo

excellent author-mystery

Eve Dallas novel by Nora Roberts, writing as JD Robb. Excellent character development that continues in the series. Set in the near future, story lines are exciting and addictive.

Loved the book, I really enjoyed that the time frame of the book took place in the future. Roberts/Robb is a wonderful author.

The victim was found on the rocks,just above the still, darkwater of Central Park Lake.She wore nothing, but a red ribbon tied around her neck. Her hands were poised as if in prayer. But its in her eyes-that have been removed - that alarm Dallas.

Typical Robb - gritty, fast-paced, well plotted.
