Characters were trying too hard to be witty!

Book #1 in the Triplet witch series. Laugh out loud funny! Blair gets better with each book. I would recommend starting with KITCHEN WITCH (Accidental Witch #1), but it can stand alone. You appreciate the story better if you have read THE SCOT, THE WITCH and THE WARDROBE (Accidental Witch#3)

The first book in Annette Blair's second witch trilogy, and she just keeps getting better. This one is fun, fun, fun! And more use of magic in this trilogy than her first. Wonderful!

This book might have made more sense if I'd read the previous trilogy. As it stood, I didn't understand some of the references made to other characters (most likely from the earlier series) and things that were done.
As a start to a new trilogy, I'd say it was a solid three stars. Funny at times, but not a page-turner like some other authors I'm familiar with would put out.
