in this part of the series, alex is almost killed as he falls in love with the principle of his children's school. patterson does a great job again at keeping you at the edge of your seat.

This is my first exposure to James Patterson and find his style and story line very intriguing and hold my interest quite well. All chapters are quite short and makes stopping points much easier for late night reading as I fall asleep...LOL That's about 3 pages per chapter. Unusual?

Another great Alex Cross mystery read! Face paced and hard to put it down -- Alex has some romance it this one.

A couple of suprising plot twists really caught me off guard which is unusual. A little hard to identify with some of the characters but over all the book kept me interested and entertained and isn't that the point?

This is an awesome book! I'm new to this author and I'm planning to read all he writes. Give it a try~
