This is a great resource if all you need to know is the carb content in foods, but I also wanted to know calories and fats. Also measurements are in grams while I use tablespoons and cups to measure my food. On the upside, this book does include a lot of the fast food menus and is small enough to carry in your pocket or purse (4x6, 164 pages). Instead of just a list with numbers, it also gives a bar graph along side the list which quickly identifies the lowest carb items in that category.
