book was okay not as well as the last book I read. I started this series with the last book the author had written. This was one of the earlier books but it is still a good read. The author gets better as the series progresses.

Really cute mystery that can be read as a stand-alone although now that I have visited Scumble River, I want to start at the beginning. Just enough twists and turns to the plot that even though I saw part of the ending in advance, I certainly missed enough to be surprised by "who done it". I also enjoyed the musical chapter headings since a band was a large part of the plot.

I am really enjoying this series. In this one Skye gets involved in a muder involving a member of her brother's band. Skye and Simon are getting closer and closer but what is going on with Wally? The chemistry is still there and Wally's ex is still his EX, thank heavens!

Very interesting book in this series. I found it had better plot lines, character developments and twists and turns than the other 5. I couldn't put it down! Skye's brother Vince is in hot water again after one of his band members is found dead and Vince seems to be the main suspect. Skye is dealing as well with some really weird happenings in the Scumble River School system, and then of course there is Skye's unending problems in her romantic life. Great read!

Loved this book. I hate starting in the middle of a series but can't wait to read the rest!
