This was a great book. It took a bit to get into it because the author gives a lot of background into the MC's life and psychic gift but once the story got going I was hooked. I would reccomend this to everyone even if you dont like mysteries. Its really funny and suspenseful. It gets a 4 out of 5 just because of the slow start.

The 1st in a series, this is a great read! Fast and light, the characters are well written and colorful. I love Abby's sense of humor, and she's got a temper she's not afraid to use. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to read more of Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye!

This was great! It was fast and fun, and I was really annoyed with myself for starting it at bedtime so I couldn't keep reading it all the way through. I'm not a big fan of mysteries, but this isn't just a mystery. It's got a lot of other things as well - a bit of romantic tension, suspense, humor, and Abby's pyschic abilities, which really make this story. There's a matter-of-factness to Abby's talents that made me accept them right away as a reader. Her talents also sound like a lot more fun than psychic abilities usually do. Hers are some of the first I've heard about that I wouldn't mind having myself! I wonder if she always knows the plots of books and movies before they're over....now that I wouldn't like. But anyway, very good book, and I'm definitely interested in continuing on with the series and finding out what happens to all the characters long-term!

Oh, and it says in the back that the author "drew from her career as a gifted clairvoyant and police psychic to create the character of Abigail Cooper." Hmmmmm.... Very interesting!

This is the first "cozy mystery" that I have read, and if they are all this enjoyable I will definitely be reading more! It is a fun book and I found myself completely drawn into the story & caring about what happened to the main character. Can't wait to read the other books!

This is a cute little mystery. One thing that bugged me no end: Where is her editor? Why didn't someone correct her grammar? Every time she said "between you and I," or "he gave it to Joe and I," I flinched. Other than that, it's reasonably well written and the plot holds together.

This book was a HOOT! It was funny and suspensful. IT is easy to like and sympathize with Abby. She has amazing psychic gifts, but they aren't enough to keep her out of trouble.

I'd recomend this book to fans of light reading with lots of humour and a little suspense. It is an all around fun book to read.

Fun first in a new cozy series! Abby Cooper is a psychic who finds herself in the middle of a murder mystery that she must solve. Love the psychic intuitions through out the book. Can't wait to read the next one in the series!!!

So, so good. So good in fact, that I had to rush out and buy the rest of the series. Made me laugh, made me a little sad, made me stay up all night to finish it!

First book I've read by this author. It was pretty good. Very likeable main character. Will read more by Victoria Laurie

I really enjoyed this book. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series, plus anything else that this author has written.

Abby Cooper is a Psychic Intuitive who has an uncanny ability to predict the future. During a reading for a client, she gets an "icky feeling" about the dlient's future, and is filled with guilt when her client is murdered a few weeks later. But when it appears that her client's killer is now after her, Abby has to use her intuitive skills to save herself! Really enjoyed the characters in this story and look forward to reading more in this series.

I really enjoyed this book. I, too, was skeptical of "intuitives" but this was a fun read with a good plot.

This was my first Victoria Laurie read. A friend recommended her to me. I found the book to be easy, pleasant, and down-right interesting. Hope you like it too! :)

First in the series, this cozy is a lot of fun. Abby, owner of doxie Eggy, meets Dutch, gets into scrapes, and works on getting her house renovated by her hippie contractor, Dave.
