Book Description:
Big Lizard Bottoms-where getting hitched is a local industry-is not any place Lindsey Attwood, a play-it-safe paleontologist who's sworn off romance, ever expected to find herself. The third in her Texas trilogy, Lisa Wingate hits another homerun. If you haven't read the other two books, Texas Cooking and Lone Star Cafe, you owe it to yourself to pick them up. While this can be read separately without any trouble, you are introduced to the other characters in her first two books. Wingate writes clean romances that leave you feeling very satisfied and so glad you picked the book up. It is for your keeper shelf. Very funny, very fast paced, great background and character depth. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Kathryn (Grabbed my attention at first, but about half way through I lost interest. Probably just me.
Welcome to Big Lizard Bottoms, home of the famed Lover's Oak, where matrimony is the local industry, where you can get hitched , book a float trip down the river, or both. Not exactly an ideal vacation destination for a play-it-safe paleontologist who has sworn off romance. 3 stars.
