I have heard and read quite a few people say they liked "Bitten" (1st book) better, but I have to say I disagree. I liked this one much better. It seemed faster paced and lots more fun. The first was okay, yet it seemed to lack something. It was definatley a 'meet the characters' type of thing, less story~ more introduction...which was good enough for me to get this second book, but this book was better enough for me to want to continue the series! A very enjoyable quick read =)

I'm really enjoying this series so far. This is book 2 in the Women Of The Otherworld series. Both Bitten and this book have been quick reads for me. The pace is quick and the story never gets boring. I definitely recommend this book and plan to continue to read the series.

Book number two in the Women of the Otherworld series brings back my favorite heroine to date, Elena Michaels. We are introduced to three new characters who will become very important in later books. Action packed and kudos to Ms. Armstrong, still filled with great plot and character development. I only wish she would write faster!

In Bitten, 30 yrd old Elena Michaels came to terms with her feral appetites and claimed the proud identity of a beautiful, successful woman- and the only living female werewolf.
In Stolen, on a mission for her own elite pack, she is lured into the net of ruthless Internet billionaire Tyrone Winsloe, who has funded a bogus scietific investigation of the "other races" and their supernatural powers. Kidnapped and studied in his underground lab deep in the Maine woods, these paranormals-witches, vampires, shamans, werewolves-are then released and hunted to the death in a real-world video game. But when he captures Elena, he finally meets his match.
Great book!!!

Another great book from Kelley Armstrong. This is third book of hers I have read and she is fast becoming one of my favorite authors. Stolen draws you in starting with the first page. It is a fast paced thrilling book. There are lots of new and interesting charicters in this story, however, I did miss a few of the old. All in all this was great sequal to an awsome book. I can't wait to read the next one in this series.

There's members of the paranormal who are missing where are they, who's taking them?? Then Elena Michaels is stolen will the pack be able to find her before anything happens to her? Or will Elena find her way out? I'm not telling!!! You will have to read the book to find out...
Anyways it a very good book and will have you wanting to read more to find out the ending... Very good book watching for Bk #3.

Fantastic sequel to Bitten. While they probably could be read out of order some of the interactions with characters are not described as well but pieces of what occurred prior gives you recall of the prior story. Can't wait to read bk 3

Elena Michaels is back in the second book in the Women of the Otherworld series. Stolen is just as fast paced, mysterious, and witty as Bitten. I love Kelley Armstrong's writing style and would recommend this series to others.

Everything is just rather intense, but beyond that, it is so well written - the descriptions, the characters, the plot and twists. The only part that bothered me was right after Elena was captured and she was being taken on a tour of the facility - she just seemed to be taking it all a bit too casually for me to believe that would be her reaction. But that didn't last too long, so I got back into the story and character quickly.

The second book in the "Women of the Otherworld" series. Elena is contacted by a group of supernatural beings including witches, vamps, and half-demons. Someone has been taking supernaturals to experiment on.
Great follow up for a second book.. Introduces new characters that become prevalent in following books.
