I really couldn't get into Abby and Alexsandr story. They also had a background story but it just seemed that it was too unforgivable to get past. Of course she does forgive him. The way he just showed back up in her life when she need him most seemed a little phony. Alexsandr seemed controlling and bland in personality. I found myself looking forward to the scenes between Hannah and Jonas and Joley and Illya. This one is probably my least favorite of the Drake series that I have read.

This book is true Christine Feehan style. I love this whole sequel of books and this one sure doesn't disappoint. This is Abby's story and is exciting, sexy and well plotted out. Abby and her family become involved with the Russian mafia and the excitement begins. Check out her story as she and Alekander fight off the mob, rekindle their romance and simply become emmersed in the Drake family inself. A great read. I have 5 out of 7 books and can't wait to get the first 2 I don't have.

A good book, where the characters are a joy to read about. The Drake sisters are witty and fun to see how they interact with each other and their men.

Third in the series - which means the third eldest Drake sister, Abigail, is scheduled to fall in love. She falls for Alexsandr Volstov, a Russian Interpol agent on the trail of stolen antiquities, after she witnesses the cold-blooded murder of Alexandr's partner. Lots of suspense!

I really like the drake sisters series. I started with the one with Libby and liked them so much I needed to go backward to read the sisters before her. I loved the story of Alexsander and Abigail. The previous conflict between them was handled well with little drama and a lots of information that did not interefere with the plot line of the actual book. Christine Feehan delivers a wonderful paranormal romantic suspense everytime.

Half sexy romance novel, half mystery, with a lot of paranormal thrown in. Feehan definitely keeps your interest!

New York Times–bestselling author Christine Feehan returns to Sea Haven and the world of the magical Drake sisters in this romantic, action-packed paranormal adventure that puts the spotlight on Abigail, the third of the seven sisters. Abby has found that her own magical gift -- the gift of telling truth and detecting lies -- has only gotten her into trouble, so she has retreated to Sea Haven to spend her life studying dolphins. An ordinary swim with her favorite dolphins turns life-threatening, as they witness a man shot at sea by Russian Mafia. The killers, in turn, are pursued by Alexsandr Volstov, an Interpol agent, who broke Abby's heart four years before but has never stopped loving her. This time he is determined to regain her trust and her heart. Feehan's portrayal of their intense bond will satisfy her readers, and the relationship among the sisters is especially warming.

I enjoyed the book very much, just make sure if you're going to read it and haven't read the series you do. There are six books and each worth reading, especially in the correct order. LOVED THEM ALL!!!!!!

This is the 4th book of the series in which I have read. Unfortunately I did read them out of order, thus allowing me to know about some of the characters, namely Illya Prakenskii, before they were introduced but this fact did not hinder the book in any way. Joley's story is by far still my favorite but I would have to but this book as my second favorite in the series. I loved Abigail and Alexandr's interactions but I will admit that it was just too drawn out on Abigail's part in not forgiving Alexandr. The romantic scenes were well written and I thoroughly enjoyed the way the author introduced Illya. I would have probably been extremely skeptical of this character and under the impression that he was some sort of an antagonist if I didn't already know of him in book 6. If you are reading the series than do not miss this book. If you haven't read the series then this is a great starting point and a very enjoyable read.
