Book Description:
Blair Murphy has always worked alone. Destined to be a demon hunter in a world that doesn't believe in such things, she lives for the kill. But now, she finds herself the warrior in a circle of six, chosen by the goddess Morrigan to defeat the vampire Lilith and her minions.

Learning to trust the others has been hard, for Blair has never allowed herself such a luxury. But she finds herself drawn to Larkin, a man of many shapes. As a horse, he is proud and graceful; as a dragon, beautifully fierce; and as a man ... well, Blair has seen her share of hunks, but none quite so ruggedly handsome and playfully charming as this nobleman from the past.

In two months' time, the circle of six will face Lilith and her army in Geall. To complete preparations and round up forces to fight, the circle travels through time to Larkin's world, where Blair must choose between battling her overwhelming attraction to him - or risking everything for a love that can never be.

To be honest, i really did not like this trilogy. i admire the fact that it took a lot of imagination and work to create these characters and this plot, however, i still found all 3 books to be dull and lacking. Definitely not one of her best trilogies.

On the flip side, if you are into fantasy/romance, this might be the book for you.

Book two of the circle trilogy and just as good as the first one. Worth the read.

Another enticing paranormal trilogy from the ever-versatile, prolific, and much-loved queen of romance. Irish sorcerer Hoyt Mac Cionaoith tried but failed to destroy Demon Queen Lilith after she ruthlessly turned his twin brother, Cian, into a vampire. Lilith gradually recovered and immediately set about amassing an army of vampires with the intention of destroying all humans so that she could rule the world. The goddess Morrigan chooses Hoyt and five others to stop Lilith, sending Hoyt 1,000 years into the future. In twenty-first-century New York, he starts to build his team, enlisting Glenna Ward; his brother, Cian; and Cian's employee, King. Traveling back to Ireland, the three pick up new recruits Moira and her cousin Larkin, both of whom have traveled through space and time from the Kingdom of Geall. Demon-hunter Blair Murphy is the last to sign on to the circle of six. Now a sorcerer, a witch, a warrior, a scholar, a shape-shifter, and a lost soul must find some way of working together as a team if they are to have any hope of stopping darkness from overcoming all that is good and light in the world. Best-seller Roberts' Celtic-flavored Circle trilogy features superbly crafted characters, three passionate romances, and a bewitching blend of magic and myth. John Charles

another fantastically written book from Nora Roberts. She takes the story of the circle of 6 and their battle against the vampires to the land of Geall. Alot of fantasy and magic in this one. And of characters you'll love.

I bought this book because it was book#2 in the Circle Trilogy. I only got through half of the first in the series, "Morrigan's Cross". I didn't like any of the characters, and the story never captivated me. This is so unusual for a Nora Roberts novel - I think I've read all of her other trilogies as well as stand alones, and have loved them all. This series was a hugh disappointment.

My mom gave me this series and I didn't really want to enjoy it, I didn't want to be a fan of Nora Roberts but I loved it. I actually read it twice. The middle of the book was a bit tedious, and the ending was a bit predictable, but a great story none the less!

Very intriguing continuation of the first book. I love this series. I am not someone who gets into the vampire stories but this is an awesome story line. I love everything Nora Roberts writes!!!

As the circle of six prepare for their final clash with the dark army of the vampire Lilith, the battleground shifts. In Ireland, a stone circle serves as the portal to another land and an ancient time. It is in Geall that all will meet their fates - the sorcerer, the witch, the warrior, the scholar, the one of many forms and the one who was lost. And as their courage is tested, hearts will bond as never before...

I have read so many of Nora Robert's books and this series is by far my top choice. The very first book I read of hers happens to be my favorite, Midnight Bayou, but I can say that this series is now right up there. My husband had purchased a cd at the time I was reading this series and every single one of their songs matched a scene in the books. It was creepy and all the more memorable for me. The band was Spartan and it is there second cd. I think it's called Three. Check it out!!

I really enjoyed this series, although friends who have borrowed the books did not like them. The books were a little hard to get into at first, but once I got to know who they were, I couldn't wait to read the next book.
Blair was not one of my favorite characters, although I did like everyone else. Typical romance from Nora Roberts. Her key trilogy is also pretty good.

Nora Roberts outdid herself with this book. She let my imagination fly and make a wonderful story unfold before your eyes. The way she plays the charaters and their ablities made it more interesting and wanting more. She mixed the modern world with the magical world with great care to make you believe that this could really happen. Please enjoy this book after you have read the first of the series

This is the first series of books that I read of Nora Roberts. I have to say that it is certainly now one of my favorites! Quite fantastical, but still very believable characters and story line.
