WOW!! I LOVED this book. I would think I had it figured out and WHOOSH! I'd get thrown a twist. Both my husband, I and a coworker have read this and all loved it. I look forward to reading more of his work.

Although engaging the plot was a bit far fetched and got even more unbelievable towards the end.

Excellent. John Barron, the youngest cop on the LAPD's 5-2 squad, gets a baptism by blood and fire, then he isn't sure if he wants to be part of this elite squad, but there is only one way off, and he wouldn't live to tell about it.

A very enjoyable read, one you don't want to put down. Suspenseful throughout. The ending will get you! I had never read this author before, but I will again.
