It makes you take a look at yourself in a whole new light!! The way Liz writes really makes you feel like you can do anything and not feel bad about the way you look while you are doing it!!! Each letter of the alphabet is included and there is even a 'z' category for the way Jesus loves you and how wonderful you are to Him! Each section takes you on a journey of self-love and acceptance all the while showing you just how special you are for your uniqueness and flaws. The telling of biblical stories to back up her encouragement and support really hit home that the kind of love God gives isn't something new...only new to us. It also shows that He has loved us through all of our ugliness and will continue to love us right up to the day we go home to Him and become "beautiful" in the way we hope to become. I loved reading this book and will definitely be reading it again!!
