I really wanted to like this book. Very slow to read. A little repetitious from "Sex and the City".

Great Chick Lit read, I read it in two days on a plane trip and first day of vacation. Fast reading, light and good for a vacation read. Don't read this if you are looking for deep, serious.
This is now a series on TV. I've watched some of it and it is mostly the same as the book.

Fun read. Three powerful New York women navigate through personal and business relationships with support from each other. Lots of stuff happens to them...some good..some not so good.

-- It may be NYC, and high-power jobs, and wealthy women, but the friendships Candace Bushnell writes about are what readers really want. --

A great sort of sequel to "Trading UP" and for anyone who likes the style of Sex & the City

I always enjoy Candace Bushnell's novels ~ this was another that caused me to stay up later than I should just to get to the next page. Great insight on 40-ish career women and their challenges.
