Book Description:

Susan O. (This is a neat story about a group of children who get to live on their grandfather's island during the summer. It's a bit unbelievable and dated, but an enjoyable read anyway.
An excellent book for kids. I read the whole series to my children.
Henry, Jessie, Violet, and Benny now have a home with their grandfather and are spending the summer on their own private island.
There's a mysterious stranger on the island who must keep his identity secret. And that's not the only surprise in store for the Boxcar Children on Surpise Island!
