Book Description:
A novel about holding on, letting go, and learning to love again.

Now in paperback, the endearing novel that captured readers' hearts and introduced a fresh new voice in women's fiction -- Cecelia Ahern.

Holly couldn't live without her husband Gerry, until the day she had to. They were the kind of young couple who could finish each other's sentences. When Gerry succumbs to a terminal illness and dies, 30-year-old Holly is set adrift, unable to pick up the pieces. But with the help of a series of letters her husband left her before he died and a little nudging from an eccentric assortment of family and friends, she learns to laugh, overcome her fears, and discover a world she never knew existed.

The kind of enchanting novel with cross-generational appeal that comes along once in a great while, PS, I Love You is a captivating love letter to the world!

This is a love story (not to be confused with a romance). This is the story of how a young woman copes with the loss of her husband and the sudden change in the direction she thought her life was going in. The emotional roller coaster is well portrayed as is the depth of emotion. I was often surprised to find myself crying as I read this.

I ended this book feeling great. Although I wasn't a fan of the movie, the book is fabulous and really makes you think about and appreciate your significant other.

This was a great story line about a young grieving widow, and how her friends rallied around her to make things easier...

SOOOOO much better than the movie! This is a great book. I couldn't put it down. The characters are wonderfully developed and I've never laughed so much in a read.

This book is going into my keeper library (sorry PBS!). I loved it!!! It made me cry and laugh out loud. Its the story of a young grieving widow, who's deceased husband left her messages to help her get through her first year without him. Very touching!

This book is very well written. As with the other reviewers, I both laughed out loud and cried while reading the story. However, the ending to me was an incredible let down. I expected more.

This was a really touching story. It definitely made me think about what my life would be like if it were happening to me. I'll be looking forward to more books by Ms. Ahern.
