Very good recipes.
Companion book to the South Beach Diet Guide book. Has some really good recipes.
Great...easy recipes...using fresh ingredients.
It is excellent Diet cookbook and plan it helped me loose weight and I was completely satisfied I just want to share with others what worked for me

Will gladly pay the extra shipping to get this one to a good home...it sure hasn't been very happy in my house!
Between the two of us, my husband and I have lost over 100 pounds living the "South Beach" way. This cookbook has excellent recipes that are way too good to be called "diet food."
