Maggie wanted a job that challenged her with each new sunrise, and the staff position on the McCain ranch seemed to fit the bill. The only challenge she couldn't accept was the sexy invitation in the eyes of the ranch foreman.

Solid, long-legged, and handsome as hell, Curt Hayden knew the McCain ranch like the back of his hand. He seemed to belong to the eland, and his untamed spirit made Maggie feel wild, reckless...and hungry. But the big cowboy eyed Maggie as if she were a troublesome insect. She was going to carve out a life for herself here, despite him.

Curt didn't know what to make of the tiny city girl with the sassy smile. If she stayed, Curt didn't know how long he'd be able to resist her auburn hair, her smooth skin, her ripe lips. A man could only endure so much....
