The book claims to save the reader at least $500 on your wedding and even backs it up with a money back guarantee. This book saved me well over $1000!!! Many, many, many secrets of the "wedding trade" and how to be upscale still on a budget and without cutting corners! This book is HIGHLY reccomended reading/resource for anyone planning their own wedding & celebration!

i must have ordered about 35 books on paperback swap for weddings ALONE!!! this one is the BEST EVER. i got rid of half of the ones i ordered, put the other half in the top of my closet to read later, but i read this one from COVER to COVER! GREAT book!!!

If you have a fortune to spend, skip this book. If you want to keep your parents and your partner out of deep debt and still have the wedding of your dreams, this is THE book for wedding planning. Lots of eye-opening facts about the "Wedding Industry." Lots of common sense ideas. Lots of fun to read.

This was the very best resource I found for wedding planning- not only does it contain info on budgeting, but it contains very practical info on how to make sure you are getting the quality good/ services you want, with "insider" tips on how to avoid pitfalls and unnecessary mark-ups.
GREAT book if you are planning a wedding. There are wonderful ideas to save you a TON of money!!
