I was on the waiting list for this book for years and after I read it I promptly cut up for mixed media art journaling. Lovely colors and eye candy.

I waited a long time to receive this book as it is popular. It is a great visual of art journaling at its best. I enjoyed the art most, the story less. I used it for collaging in my art journal. Great thick glossy pages. Nice and large pages.

Invaluable book on dissociating which has "test" questions that explain the experiences of dissociating well. Very good information and a great resource all along the way from diagnosis to integration.
