Davenport is a master (mistress?) of erotic submission fiction and The Guardian is one of her best. Not too heavy and an unexpected plot twist. Anyone who enjoys the genre will delight in this book.

The third installment in the Phyrne Fisher detective series maintains the quality of the first two books and introduces another couple of recurrent characters. It also expertly weaves two seemingly disparate mysteries into one narrative. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoyed the first two Phyrne novels. It's bonzer.

The Dalrymple books are great fun. Well-written with interesting and logical plots and with intriguing characters. This entry in the series is no exception.
