I've recently read Drinking the Rain by Alix Kates Shulman and am currently reading A Year in the Maine Woods by Bernd Heinrich and would like to find some other memoirs/bios that are similar. Sabbaticals, living off the land, minimalists, stuff like that. :)

Any good recommendations?

I just read this and really enjoyed it.
