I gave this book 4 stars because it is well written and interesting but I couldn't get through it. I currently have Post Concussion Syndrome from a sports injury (not football) which is what made me want to read this but the information scared me and just made me generally sad. The stories of these men wrecking their bodies over and over is a little much for me to handle right now. I think anyone who is seriously interested in football will want to know this stuff. I might try to finish it again at a later date.
