Cute little Ozark cookbook with lots of Ozark folklore and some "interesting" recipes like Coon and Dressing, Possum and Chestnuts, Snappin' Turtle Soup or Stew. Also some more mainstream recipes like Ma's Punkin Pie, Elderberry Pie, and Ozark Apple Puddin' just to list a few.
All in all, a fun little book.
