Interesting story line if not a tad bit cheesy. I kept picturing "Nemesis" returning the bat cave! The characters were interesting since you do get both of their perspectives in the story. The story line with Nemesis vanishing was a hard to take but Nora Roberts incorporated the reason behind the transformation into the story line so it was easier to believe. I reread this with the other books in the Night Series but you can easily follow the relationship between the other couples and do not need to read the others to enjoy it.
