You have to face your past before you can truly move forward into your future.

Lana Rodriguez, famed blues singer, decides to go to Waikiki with her best friend Melanie on vacation. Melanie is recovering from a recent divorce and Lana wants to be there for her. However, Lana doesn't really wish to return to where she grew up, but she does it anyway out of friendship.

Eight time olympic winner Jason Koa owns a local beachside restaurant on the island as well as gives surf lessons on the side. Lana intrigues him and he wants her with a passion, but she seems hard. He aches to get to her soft side, or see if it even exists. When she calls for an escort one evening, he makes sure it is himself at her door.

Lana and Jason spend alot of time together; talking, snorkeling, and filling the island air with sizzling passion. When it is time for Melanie and Lana to return to the states, Lana begs off. She admits to Melanie about her childhood and wishes to remain to visit her parents graves.

Later, when Lana decides to surprise Jason, she is simply stunned. Before she even sees him, she catches a late breaking news cast and they are the lead story. She's been implicated in a sex scandal and the news states she solicited services from Jason. It is devastating news to the celebrity as well as her heart.

Lana and Jason will have to overcome many obstacles if they hope to remain together. However, when Jason's grandmother reveals Lana's secret in front of many, Lane will have to face her inner demons to bring hope to her future.
