Years ago, Raymond & Stella Quinn adopted three juvenile delinquents, Cameron, Ethan and Philip, and raised them as their own. On his deathbed, Raymond makes his sons promise to look after their most recent brother, 10-year-old Seth. Of course, the guys know nothing about caring for a young boy. When Social Worker, Anna Spinelli, takes over Seth's case, the brothers move into their father's house and decide to go into the boat building business together. Anna is very straight forward and does not mix business with pleasure. But soon the sparks are flying and she cannot deny her attraction to Cameron.

Great start to Nora Roberts' Chesapeake Bay series. I couldn't put the book down. There is an overall arch to the series about the rumor that Seth may actually be Raymond's biological son, and the fact that he paid Seth's mother to step out of the picture. It makes me want to dive right into the next book. My rating: 5 Stars.
