This was a good book overall. Alot of cool elements woven in. A town that depended on the sea for a living, a rich history, colorful characters, ghosts, sea myths, and those gifted with second sight. However, though the central story was well written, I found a portion unnecessary and even confusing to the point of taking away from the central story. Without that portion, I would have highly recommended this tale.
