Amanda Perry was the manager of Tri-Cola bottling plant in Mexico City & therfore no stranger to a challenge. But agreeing to assit the U.S. government in a covert operation was quite another matter.

A shipment of synthetic fuel had accidentally been diverted from its Texas destignation to Mexico City's customs office. The cargo, packed in chylinders marked with Tri-Cola labels, had to be transported to Tampico, then transferred to a fishing boat bound for Texas. All Amanda had to do was delive the cylinders to Tampico.

She hadn't counted on being accompanied by Forrest Bradford, a man whose goverment credentials were highly questionable.....
