I really enjoyed this book, It is full of a perfect intensity that draws one in...holding you there until the end. Full of deep mystery and some magic. My favorite fantasy book I have ever read!!! The thing about this book that really attracts me is being a person that lives of the beaten path and was home-schooled, I spent many hours in the woods sometimes speaking to the trees until one day I was forbidden to hang out in the woods because of violent bears....but that did not keep me out. So you see even though this book has fantasy, to me it had some of my own reality in it as well.
