This book is for "teenagers," it says; but I use it as a prayer guide to pray for myself and my fiance, also. I use the words, exactly as written, because they express perfectly the requests I want to make. I choose from the long list of topics available. Some are spiritual and some are more practical. There are many verses that are quoted as the basis for each prayer. I've used other prayer books, but this is the one I turn to again and again.
